What made you decide to study in the Czech Republic?

The quality of the research is pretty high with lots of opportunities and fully funded Ph.D. studies. The scope to increase my working skill is quite remarkable due to the presence of high tech laboratory instruments. Even the lifestyle is quite smooth compared to other countries.

Did your studies meet your expectations? How did you find the study programme, instructors, university facilities? Were there any differences from studying in your country?

The expectations after arriving in the Mendel University, Czech Republic was perfectly satisfying and hope to amaze me more with time. The study programme is well organized and funded with opportunities and numerous scholarships. All sorts of instructions are provided by the well-qualified personnel of that specific field with all the outstanding laboratory facilities provided by the university. The opportunity to complete the study as soon as possible depending on the participant is provided in the Mendel University, the Czech Republic whereas in my country there are flaws in this process as it takes a lot of time in completing Ph.D. studies. Thus a huge time is saved in my carrier allows me to achieve my goals even faster.

What was the biggest surprise with regard to studying or living in the Czech Republic?

The warm welcome, help, opportunity, and care provided by the faculty member in every possible way beyond expectation. The facilities, help, and scholarships come always in the perfect time without any delay making life smooth and easy in every possible way. The quality of studies provided by experts is high and well organized. Thus every possible small thing had also surprised me until now.

What was your most memorable experience or what did you enjoy most as a student in the Czech Republic?

The publishing of research article in the very first year of my study as a co-author is one of the most memorable experience. As a student, the Czech Republic provides discounts for traveling, visiting the tourist place, in different food restaurants, and numerous other possible exciting discounts and opportunity in almost every fun making places which make life easy as a student in the Czech Republic.

How do you think your time in the Czech Republic has helped your studies and/or your career?

The time itself is an important reason why I choose to do my Ph.D. in the Czech Republic. In my country, it takes double the time of what it takes in the Czech Republic to complete Ph.D. studies. Indeed my career is boosted, as a huge span of time in my career is saved due to the possibility of completing my Ph.D. in just three years or even less. Thus my time is well spent and life had become better in many ways after coming to the Czech Republic.

Do you have any advice for students thinking about studying in the Czech Republic?

The chance to study in the Czech Republic is itself quite satisfying as they provide studies in Czech and English language with the opportunity to obtain scholarships and part-time jobs. The quality of the study is quite appreciable with proper guidance from the expert of the respective field. The living cost is also reasonable with all sort of possibility for enjoyment a student wants.
