What made you decide to study in the Czech Republic?
The decision was because I wanted to study in a country different from mine (Sicily, Italy), so about the weather, food, university. Also because Czech Republic is almost in the centre of Europe and so I could visit some historical place in less time.
Did your studies meet your expectations? How did you find the study programme, instructors, university facilities? Were there any differences from studying in your country?
Yes I liked the study program and teachers. I liked most the way they explain to you with concrete example; in my city is more theorical and there is a good basis of knowledge but not practical and actual as here.
What was the biggest surprise with regard to studying or living in the Czech Republic?
The big surprise was the different and in some way better way of study but also the meeting of other people from all over the world and relations with them was a big surprise.
What was your most memorable experience or what did you enjoy most as a student in the Czech Republic?
I really like that students from Czech Republic organize some trips for international student all together.
How do you think your time in the Czech Republic has helped your studies and/or your career?
I think that time spent here help my studies and my career because I was really concentrated to do the best in less time, in the end of this first semester I can say that because I did 5 strong subject with good marks.
Do you have any advice for students thinking about studying in the Czech Republic?
Some advices for other international students could be: enjoyed this experience but take the time for your self and for your studies and try to socialize with people with different background.
