What made you decide to study in the Czech Republic?
Faculty. City. Accessibility. Cost of living.
Did your studies meet your expectations? How did you find the study programme, instructors, university facilities? Were there any differences from studying in your country?
The subjects were ok on the master (international) level on bachelor (erasmus) funny easy. Instructors are always a debate to its self.
What was the biggest surprise with regard to studying or living in the Czech Republic?
Actually, that the coffee is so expensive...
What was your most memorable experience or what did you enjoy most as a student in the Czech Republic?
Brno really is a city for students. It has a spirit of freedom and connecting us to numerous pubs or squares (fountains). Also, the history of the city is quite fascinating and from the latter a great cultural treasure.
How do you think your time in the Czech Republic has helped your studies and/or your career?
It sure expanded our horizon. Helped us with connecting with new people and figuring out how to get around the entirely new environment. Great experience and superb specific knowledge.
Do you have any advice for students thinking about studying in the Czech Republic?
Prepare to study hard with a hangover. If you choose wisely you can have quite difficult subjects and examinations... in the land of beer.
