Study

After completing the programme, you can: - characterise concepts, theories and models linking global sustainability challenges with management of firms and other organisations; - evaluate environmental, social and economic implications of strategic decisions; - design economically viable solutions that benefit the environment and society; - engage key stakeholders in international sustainability dialogue; - analyse and manage sustainability-related processes in organisations and their links; - use sustainable economic forecasting to identify opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses; - design management models reflecting conditions, internal environment, business model and ESG principles; - create ethical work practices and a culture of respect, diversity, inclusion, sustainability and social responsibility; - use decision-making tools for risks and uncertainties linked to sustainability and ESG; - prepare sustainable marketing strategies and measure impact; - connect economics, sociology, ecology and technology for sustainable innovations, products, services and processes; - communicate, negotiate, lead teams and make decisions with regard to sustainability and ESG goals.
