Course description:

The program provides theoretical education and practical training and development of skills needed for organizational consulting aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the organization.

Attention is paid to the key foundations of organizational development and planned changes and their application in case studies or situations from real organizational life. Thus, students can apply their work experience from functioning in various organizations within the course, analyze problematic situations and find solutions for them. The goal of the program is to provide participants with theoretical frameworks for understanding key issues of the organization's functioning, increasing its effectiveness, and at the same time developing the abilities and skills necessary for implementing interventions in the organization.
