The Finance and Management study programme gives you a practical, economically oriented bachelor's education for professional roles in corporate or public finance management, including accounting and tax issues. You also focus on company marketing management, human resources management and related activities. You prepare to solve standard economic situations at middle management level in operational, personnel, financial and organisational areas of all forms of business and in public administration.

After graduation, you have knowledge, skills and general competences that allow you to: • list and describe sources of information on the economic and financial performance of a company, • assess and analyse the impacts of the current economic situation on the company, • work with tax laws, • apply basic management tools in labour relations, • apply marketing management, • assess the financial situation of the company through accounting analysis, including tax issues, • manage company centres from cost and managerial perspectives, including impacts on the accounting and tax system, • develop a business plan or regional development plan, • communicate in a work team and coordinate work procedures and cooperation between company departments, • actively use computer technology for management purposes, • use a higher communicative level of language.
