Study

After graduation, you will be able to: - characterize significant processes taking place in organizational units, analyse their interrelations, manage their dynamics and sustainability; - use knowledge in the field of economic forecasts to identify opportunities and threats, which in confrontation with strengths and weaknesses of an organization will allow formulation of competitive strategies for the future development of the organization; - design a managerial model of an organisation that fits both the situational conditions and the organisation's internal environment and business model; - compare and use appropriate tools and methods for managerial decision making under risk and uncertainty; - participate in the formation of corporate culture and corporate social responsibility; - design marketing measures including appropriate methods of measuring results of marketing activities; - characterize principles of innovation activities and identify their mutual synergistic effects; - communicate, negotiate, lead teams, make decisions and bear the consequences of their managerial decisions in an excellent manner.
