The study programme aims to educate professionals in the field of tourism and hospitality beyond the knowledge of economics, mathematics, business administration, statistics and marketing. Teaching in the field goes hand in hand with modern approaches to tourism and hospitality management in the international and national dimension. Cross-curricularly, economic critical thinking, sustainability conditions and the application of digital technologies will be interwoven in courses, which is necessary in all contemporary economic disciplines. Tourism is a very complex field with an international dimension, therefore language teaching and orientation in a multicultural environment are an integral part of the programme. Since tourism and hospitality are practice-oriented fields, close cooperation with corporate or public administration practice through lectures by experts, study trips or excursions, or student internships or assignments of seminar or qualification papers for specific subjects from practice will be part of the curriculum.
