The study programme focuses on modern applications of electronics, microprocessor and sensor technology, automation, and computer networks, which are key technologies of both the present and the future. Throughout their studies, students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, which they immediately verify in real-world applications. The curriculum covers the entire development process of electronic systems—from initial design to prototype production. Students work in specialised laboratories equipped to the standards of leading technology companies, enabling intensive hands-on training and strong integration with industry practice.

The application to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Informatics at the University of Pardubice is submitted electronically via the e-application system. During their studies, they also complete a three-month professional internship in a partner company or in a company of their own choice, gaining valuable real-world experience before graduation. They are qualified to work as technical specialists in the design, development, production, testing, and maintenance of technical devices and systems based on microprocessor control. They apply knowledge of programming, signal processing, sensor technology, and communication systems in practical engineering environments.
