Graduates can be characterised as highly qualified experts who are capable of both independent and collaborative creative scientific and research work. Graduates possess comprehensive theoretical knowledge in organic chemistry and in related fields, and are proficient in conducting experiments. They excel at controlling contemporary synthetic and separation procedures and are capable of using analytical methods in a chemical laboratory. The use creative thinking in planning, implementing, evaluating and publishing of their scientific results. Graduates are also able to develop and introduce research results into chemical practice and to participate independently in addressing scientific and research tasks. After gaining some experience, graduates will also be qualified for leadership positions in both academia and research institutes, chemical enterprises, and institutions in the field.
