The study programme is based on the development of information and communication technologies (ICT) focused on the field of public administration (state administration and local government), with an emphasis on security and data protection. It is a joint doctoral study programme of the University of Pardubice, University of Hradec Králové, and Technical University of Liberec.
The graduate of the doctoral programme is profiled for the highest positions as IT experts in statutory and large cities and regions. They are ready to independently solve, or lead a team to solve, complex problems in building and maintaining databases, information transfer, remote connection of institutions, security, and protection of data and information.
Depending on the applicant’s performance in the entrance interview, the tuition fee is either CZK 3,000 (approx. EUR 120) or CZK 35,000 plus 12 × 1.2 times the subsistence minimum (approx. EUR 13,500) per academic year.
