What made you decide to study in Czechia?

I chose to study in Czechia because of its rich cultural heritage and excellent universities, allowing me to immerse myself in the heart of Europe.

Did your studies meet your expectations? How did you find the study programme, instructors, university facilities? Were there any differences from studying in your country?

My studies exceeded my expectations. The study programme is uniquely designed in such a way that it focuses equally on both theoretical and practical aspects. Moreover, I found that the university facilities are better than in my home country, but the syllabus was more challenging in the latter.

What was the biggest surprise with regard to studying or living in Czechia?

The weather was the most surprising factor for me. I come from a place where the temperature never drops below 20 °C, so the winters shocked me. I had never seen snow before coming here.

What was your most memorable experience or what did you enjoy most as a student in Czechia?

I enjoyed meeting new people and gaining invaluable foreign exposure. It most definitely helped me not only to grow but also made me more mature and hugely contributed to my personal development.

How do you think your time in Czechia has helped your studies and/or your career?

My time in Czechia has added a lot of value to my professional life by allowing me to connect and network with people from around the globe.

Do you have any advice for students thinking about studying in Czechia?

I would highly recommend others to pursue their studies in Czechia. Still, I would advise properly researching the universities, budget, culture, and VISA process and then making an informed decision.
