Universities in Czechia are often hosting activities for international students to feel welcome and part of the community. From exciting welcome weeks filled with fun activities to adventurous hikes. Workshops are often organized to help students develop new skills and something that I really love are the themed library brunches organized by Masaryk University.
Something that you may not know is that Czech universities are part of the Erasmus Student Network (ESN) an organization dedicated to enriching the student experience. Their role is organizing cultural exchanges, trips, and networking events. Personally, I enjoy being in each of them because you have the opportunity to meet new people from all over the world and make lots of friends and create unforgettable memories!
DISCOVER CZECHIA: WHERE HISTORY MEETS ADVENTURE
One of the things that truly fascinates me and brings me peace is simply walking around the city, feeling the fresh air, gazing at the beautiful ski, and being surrounded by stunning nature and architecture. Czech cities are full of activities to fill your weekends or evenings. You can explore historical sites or castles or if you prefer a calmer experience, the parks are always a good option!
Walking around Brno’s Old Town, visiting Prague Castle or discover hidden gems in Olomouc are experiences you don’t want to miss.

Who doesn’t love a good coffee? (Or hot chocolate if you’re like me!). One of my favorite wats to spend leisure time is discovering new cafes with my friends. You’d be amazed to discover the variety of cafes in Czech cities, each with its unique charm.
They have beautiful designs and a cozy atmosphere that make you feel at home. Whether you’re looking for a quiet spot, a place to catch up with friends, or just want to try something new, there’s always a café waiting to surprise you!
